We are proud to announce that Eastwood Heights Elementary School has been awarded the Purple Star Campus Designation for the 2025–2026 and 2026–2027 school years! This special honor, created by the Texas Legislature and awarded by the Texas Education Agency, recognizes schools that go above and beyond to support the unique needs of military-connected students and their families.
This Friday, Aug. 1, #THEDISTRICT invites all students, staff, and families across Ysleta ISD to wear white in remembrance of the lives lost during the tragic mass shooting on Aug. 3, 2019.
